General Terms and Conditions of Sale Women Community SL
Article 1: Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions made through the Women Community SL network websites. Any individual or legal entity placing an order validated through our secure payment platform, or by check or cash, is considered a «customer».
Article 1a: Age limit
Age restrictions apply: Women Community SL only accepts customers aged 16 and over (for physical and electronic products) and 18 and over (for services: training, workshops, seminars). We make every effort to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not shocking, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database as soon as this is discovered. Similarly, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded immediately, and the products in question will be required to be returned.
Article 2: Orders
Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Women Community SL implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3: Price
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes (at the Spanish VAT rate of 21%), excluding shipping and processing of your order, if it is a physical product. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement, including for pre-ordered items. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks located outside of Spain must be international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online credit card payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. The transmitted information is encrypted using software in accordance with best practices and cannot be read during transmission over the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is the sole responsibility of Stripe or PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.
Article 5: Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, and physical products are delivered to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, please pay close attention to the spelling of the address you enter, especially the postal code). Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you from the date the products leave our facilities. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary to ensure you receive your product or a refund in accordance with your warranty.
Article 6: Protection of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data and email address of the interested party will be processed under the responsibility of Women Community, SL for legitimate interest and for the proper management of the sale. By entering your email address on one of the sites in our network, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers about products published by Women Community SL or by other partners. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.
